If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

## Eligibility for Returns
- All items are eligible for return within **30 days** of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

## Return Process

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

## Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within **10 business days**.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

1. Exchanges

2. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 3. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless the item is defective.

4.Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or full refund.
